The Popcorn Money Is In...

I want to thank all of the leaders and parents for getting to the Pack meeting tonight and reconciling popcorn sales. Because most of the scouts who sold popcorn were there, we were able to meet our obligation to the Weaver Popcorn Company, and are well on our way to have the funds to have another great year in scouting! Thank you all for making our fundraiser a success!

However, scouts and parents, if you did not reconcile your popcorn sales tonight, please get your popcorn delivered as soon as possible, and turn in your sales and popcorn order forms to me. I am usually home in the evening after 6pm. My address in 113 Lindsey Avenue. I have to have these outstanding accounts settled as soon as possible to be able to accurately budget for the next few months of the scouting calendar.

All the scouts thoroughly enjoyed picking up their pinewood cars. If you were unable to attend the pack meeting tonight, you can pick up your pinewood car from your den leader once you settle your popcorn order.

Also, there are a few returning scouts who still need to pay dues from last year. If those dues are not paid, those scouts can not be registered as we recharter this year, which means those scouts can not continue to participate in our events. Please, if you are a returning scout, see your den leader if you owe back dues, or if you are not sure if you owe back dues. Your den leaders will be able to tell you.

Also, a final reminder: We will participate in the Christmas Parade on Saturday, December 1st. We need to gather up by the Save-A-Lot store at approximately 12:30. You can bring candy to throw, just make sure it is individually wrapped pieces.

See you all at the Christmas Parade!

Roger
